The John Foley Leadership Experience is built around the Diamond Performance® Framework. This framework builds on the strategic management theory that teaches vision, planning, execution, and feedback by incorporating belief levels, extreme levels of buy-in and commitment from both leadership and team members. The result is a process that incrementally closes performance gaps and leads to exponential improvements in results for teams.

JFI offers a variety of programs including training, workshops, online curriculum and mentoring and coaching. Each program is individually tailored to address the challenges and desired business outcomes of our clients, through application of our methodology to existing business processes and environments.
